As often as possible, try to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.  Visit some far away planet.  Take a dip in the Lake of Motions with a couple of celestial friends.  Talk about how warm and soothing this dark dimension is.  Relax!  Tomorrow can wait a few more hours.  Your sun is just around the corner.
